ISO9001 Re-examination: Commitment to Continuous Improvement and Quality Excellence

We are well aware that quality is the lifeline of an enterprise in the pursuit of excellence. Therefore, we are proud to announce that our quality management system is about to undergo a rigorous review of the ISO 9001 standard. This is not only a recognition of our past efforts, but also a commitment to continuous improvement and the pursuit of excellence in the future.

Since our first ISO 9001 certification, we have been committed to reinforcing our market leadership through systematic process management, continuous quality improvement and customer satisfaction, and the ISO 9001 review is not only a comprehensive review of our existing systems and practices, but also an important opportunity for us to move forward to a higher standard.

We have done many lean manufacturing and Kaizen activity in supply chain, work shop and office last year. We implemented QRQC(Quick Response Quality Control),3GEN, Andon, Fish-market in our work shop. Our customer satisfaction index, product yield, on time delivery have been improved accordingly. We do believe that quality is built-in manufacturing process instead of inspection. We do believe that certified technician and engineer talent is the key treasure to quality products. Training have been emphasized and executed by top management and others level management team.

In the coming review, we will demonstrate our progress in quality management, including but not limited to process optimisation, risk control, staff training and customer feedback mechanism. We believe that this re-audit will further demonstrate our strong commitment to providing high quality products and services.
